HUGO R.
ADAMES

With an eye for new and innovative ideas, Hugo has helped mold The Talent Factory into the business it is today. He is the behind-the-scenes director running most of the day-to-day operations of the business as well as striking daly deals contributing to the continued success of the company. Hugo has a heart for entrepreneurship, opening his first business at 21 years old which he later sold to officially join forces with his wife Dana Adames at The Talent Factory.

In 2014, Hugo led the opening of TF South and is currently working on their third location, right here in RI. In 2013, Hugo constructed a deal with the world's leader in dance costumes, Curtain Call™, to film the release of their 2014 costume line. TF students were not only featured in this film, but were also featured  over 10,000 catalogs shipped world wide. Hugo and Dana also served as advisory board members for Curtain Call™. In 2013 Hugo started TF’s retail division. By striking a deal with the leader in dancewear Capezio®, TF is now an authorized retailer of Capezio® dancewear. He has worked behind the scenes on numerous projects where he has helped launch brands, consult for other studio owners and produce numerous film projects. In 2016 he directed "Stand By Me” a story about friendships that go beyond words, performed by Tara Iacobucci and Andy Pellick. The film opened our 2017 Annual Production.

Hugo is in it for the long haul and will continue to improve the business and make sure all our wonderful teachers have the tools they need to work with our amazing students. We are excited to see what Hugo has in store for the future of TF!

The Block Party is a new project Hugo and wife Dana are very passionate about. They hope to grow this into many events which can give back to the performing arts community while connecting artists from all over the world with the todays aspiring youth.
